Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by us.

Returns or replacements may be accepted in the following cases:

Manufacturing defects;
Incorrect item, design, size, or customization sent by our mistake;
Items damaged before delivery due to production issues.

Requests regarding defective or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order. Please contact us at podvalslayer@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

If a return or replacement is approved:

Return shipping costs will be covered by Podvalslayer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

In cases where a shipment is lost in transit, the appropriate solution (replacement or refund) will be discussed directly with the customer.
